We want you to love your Bloodmatz. If something's wrong with your order, we're happy to help.

• Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: Due to the nature of this product, returns for change of mind are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll do our best to find a fair solution.
